Konexon’s Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Introduction
At Konexon, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all our users, especially children. We recognize the severe impact that Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) can have on individuals and communities. 2. Definitions
Child: Any individual under the age of 18.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any sexual activity with a child, including but not limited to sexual exploitation, grooming, and the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
CSAM: Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.

Any form of harassment or coercion aimed at exploiting a child.
Using the app’s features (e.g., messaging, forums) to engage in CSAE.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
4.1. User Reporting
Users can report suspicious activities or content directly through the app using the “Report” feature.
Reports will be reviewed by our support team as promptly as possible, typically within 72 hours.
4.2. Direct Reporting

For immediate threats or emergencies, users are encouraged to contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
4.3. Anonymous Reporting
We provide an option for users to report incidents anonymously to protect their privacy and safety.
4.4. Automated Detection
We utilize automated systems to monitor and identify potential CSAE-related content. These systems help in the preliminary detection and flagging of suspicious activities for further review.
5. Enforcement and Consequences
5.1. Immediate Actions
Upon identifying CSAE-related content or behavior, we will remove the offending content as swiftly as possible and suspend the user’s account pending further investigation.
In cases where immediate action is required to protect users, we will act promptly even if our support team is still scaling.
5.2. Legal Compliance
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. Any confirmed CSAE incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
5.3. Account Termination
Users found violating our CSAE policies will have their accounts permanently terminated and access to the app revoked.

As a growing startup, we are actively seeking to expand our moderation capabilities. We are committed to enhancing our review processes and reducing response times as resources allow.
